Voicebox shortlisted for the digital mentor tender!
December 5, 2008 by Voicebox
We are delighted to announce that the open, collaborative Voicebox bid has been shortlisted, and therefore will be invited to tender for the digital mentor fund from CLG.
We are very pleased with this outcome and can now really start planning our bid - which we can only do in co-operation with the organisations who have put themselves forward as potential partners in Voicebox.
To help others get up to speed with the many online discussions that have been had over the last month or so, Anne Faulkner has produced a summary here on Voicebox.
An important part of this is the drafting of a potential model for how the digital mentor project might be co-ordinated. Please do read the post in full and leave any feedback you might have in the comments.

Congratulations Helen, Anne and all involved in this really innovative process. It is relatively easy to pretend at engagement and collaboration. This is a real demonstration of how things can and should be done.
Anne’s summary post is an amazing example of how to really listen, facilitate and co-create.
And, of course, Dave Briggs for opening up the process at digitalmentor.org
congratulations thats very exciting - heres hoping you continue to get some good input to take it further
Very well done. I suppose the hard work starts all over and we probably won’t have huge amounts of time to refine things. I’ll post up the areas of work where I think we could make a major contribution if not lead on, sometime tomorrow. This is quite exciting given the range of partners/contributors.
